If for some reason you receive merchandise that is defective it must be returned within 30 days to receive credit for the return. Please call, e-mail, or snail-mail with the reason for returning merchandise. You will be sent a RETURNED MERCHANDISE APPROVAL #. This RMA # must be written on the return package. The original credit card account will be credited for the value of the purchase once the merchandise is received.

Shipping charges for all returns are the customers responsibility. Original shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.
